Project Manager – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Guide and facilitate the comprehensive delivery of services across various sales models, ensuring adherence to established timelines, scope, and delivery standards.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Access-related projects and go-to-market initiatives across multiple workstreams.

• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks while proactively identifying challenges and facilitating prompt resolutions.

• Serve as a primary contact for delivery performance, service updates, and issue escalation, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

• Establish, track, and report on essential delivery metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and milestone achievements.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost delivery efficiency, consistency, quality, and scalability within Access models.

• Assist with governance, risk management, compliance, and change management tasks related to new or evolving Access sales models.

• Strong alignment with Pearson’s culture and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in project management and service delivery within a sales-enablement, commercial, or technology-driven environment.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, delivery governance, and performance monitoring.

• Experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments while managing multiple priorities with varied stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

• ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or a similar certification is required.

• Availability to occasionally work in the Spain time zone, as needed.
