Project Manager, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Project Governance: Oversee project documentation and monitor task efforts using Smartsheet or Certinia.

• Work Structures: Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and align effort and resource naming with specific tasks.

• Meeting Leadership: Facilitate internal and client meetings, ensuring comprehensive documentation and diligent follow-up.

• Conflict Management: Effectively manage internal resource conflicts to keep projects on schedule.

• Success Metrics: Ensure project margins are maintained within +/- 5% of the target and achieve customer satisfaction scores exceeding 4.0.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically 2-5 years of professional experience in a services delivery or technical implementation capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Proficient in basic SQL, JIRA/Confluence, and essential Snowflake architecture.

• SnowPro Core certification (to be obtained within 60 days of hire).

• Must be fluent in Spanish (regional requirements apply).
