This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee active residential and commercial solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively address obstacles.
• Ensure projects stay on track and communicate any delays before they escalate.
• Facilitate handoffs between different departments.
• Procure equipment and materials for ongoing projects.
• Monitor lead times to guarantee materials arrive before scheduled work begins.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manage pricing effectively.
• Quickly resolve supply chain issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage permit applications and inspections efficiently.
• Keep track of permit approvals and necessary documentation.
• Communicate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and utilities as required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations throughout projects.
• Process warranty claims with manufacturers of inverters, batteries, modules, and other equipment.
• Manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
• Track replacement equipment from the submission of claims to delivery.
• Advocate for prompt resolutions with manufacturers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and specialty contractors.
• Verify work scopes and scheduling for contractors.
• Ensure contractors meet project expectations and deadlines.
• Maintain accountability throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Scheduling to align field resources.
• Work closely with Sales and Estimating to clarify project scope.
• Assist Residential and Commercial Managers by providing project updates and identifying risks early.
• Keep stakeholders updated with timely and precise communication.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the solar industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in procurement and purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with coordinating permitting procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Experience managing manufacturer warranty claims and RMA processes.
• Familiarity with major solar manufacturers such as SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, SMA, Fronius, Generac, or FranklinWH.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial solar systems.
• Experience in coordinating inspections and adhering to utility requirements.
• Experience with CRM or field service management software (e.g., Zoho, RazorSync).
