Project Manager – Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Create and track timelines, action items, and project milestones.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk factors.

• Coordinate resources and assign personnel based on project requirements.

• Prioritize tasks and ensure effective guidance for involved teams.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor key performance indicators and overall project status.

• Lead change management initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that client expectations align with the deliverables provided.

• Handle multiple projects at the same time.

• Assist in ongoing improvement initiatives related to project management.

• Generate executive-level reports and progress presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in project management across all phases, from planning to closure.

• Proven track record in managing resources and budgets.

• Familiarity with both predictive (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• Experience with software and/or ERP implementation projects.

• Strong skills in planning, monitoring, and organizing projects.

• Background in change management and risk management.

• Basic understanding of information technology.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with formal PMO structures.

• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Certifications in project management or agile methodologies.

• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar).

• Experience with the Lyceum system.

• Background in the education sector.

• Knowledge of digital transformation and process management.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
