Project Manager – Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of cloud-based service lifecycle management solutions for international clients, mainly in the manufacturing and aftermarket sectors.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and commercial aspects, including contracts, budget management, percentage of completion, and change requests.

• Lead projects typically spanning 6–12 months with budgets reaching up to 1 million USD.

• Collaborate with customer project managers to ensure successful execution of implementation projects.

• Establish and oversee project goals and criteria for success.

• Coordinate efforts among customer and Syncron project team members across various global locations.

• Mentor project teams to adhere to Syncron’s standardized methodologies.

• Identify and address project risks in conjunction with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead.

• Propel project advancement by applying comprehensive customer business process insights.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

• Travel and engage directly with clients, with an expected travel commitment of 20–25%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Management, Economics, or Engineering.

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in implementing SaaS solutions.

• At least 2 years of experience managing projects of comparable scope.

• Proven accountability for understanding customer needs and delivering results.

• A structured approach to work, with the capability to drive project progress via a project plan.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings to achieve objectives.

• Proficiency in business English, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients; 20–25% travel anticipated.

• Experience with warranty, supply chain, or pricing software is a plus.

• Extensive experience in the after-sales domain is beneficial.
