Project Manager – Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all elements of owned projects, which includes managing both internal resources and external vendors.

• Ensuring that project deliverables are clearly defined and agreed upon with the Project Owner.

• Confirming the feasibility of project delivery.

• Developing and sustaining a comprehensive project plan that includes resource allocation and optimized utilization.

• Managing project deliverables in accordance with the project plan.

• Documenting and managing project issues while escalating them when necessary.

• Addressing cross-functional issues at the project level.

• Managing project scope and change control, escalating issues when necessary.

• Monitoring the progress and performance of the project.

• Providing status reports to the Project Owner.

• Liaising with and updating the project board and senior management on progress.

• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.

• Collaborating closely with users to ensure the project meets business requirements.

• Preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training strategies.

• Transitioning the project to Support.

• Collaborating with the PMO to facilitate process improvements in Project Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/MA degree, preferably with a specialization in IT, Finance, or Economics.

• PMP or another relevant certification in Project Management.

• 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, including infrastructure and software.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Attention to detail, particularly in testing and documentation.

• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively under pressure.
