This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee complete ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrade initiatives.
• Take charge of project planning, scope definition, timelines, budget management, and quality of delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise ServiceNow developers, architects, and process stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
• Align project execution with the ServiceNow roadmap and overall business strategy.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster ongoing improvements in ServiceNow processes and delivery methodologies.
• Assist with change management, stakeholder communications, and project reporting.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow (SNOW) projects.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stream IT projects.
• Capability to convert business needs into technical delivery plans.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1 or higher).
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, ServiceNow PM-related certifications).
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience working with international or distributed teams with English proficiency at C1.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.
