Project Manager, Senior – Oncology Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely project delivery, adhering to budget constraints and defined scope, while maintaining the required quality standards set by the industry, sponsors, and Ergomed.

• Collaborate with project team members, providing necessary training and ensuring appropriate task allocation.

• Create, review, and amend project plans to ensure alignment with objectives and key milestones.

• Organize and lead project meetings focused on study activities, including organization, initiation, execution, and closure.

• Act as the primary contact for sponsors and Ergomed Senior Management regarding project progress.

• Represent Ergomed at external meetings, serving as a liaison with scientific and medical professionals from other CROs and sponsors, as well as during committee meetings.

• Develop, review, and revise relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and create training programs related to studies to support this effort.

• Participate in bid defense activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing international clinical trials within a CRO setting.

• Familiarity with Oncology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas.

• Experience in selecting and managing external service providers.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field.
