Project Manager – Senior Business Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics D365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and continuous operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Collect and convert business needs into functional and technical solutions for D365.

• Configure and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 functionalities in accordance with business requirements.

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Provide support for testing, issue resolution, deployment, and activities to ensure production readiness.

• Aid in data migration efforts, which include data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.

• Manage user access and security aspects, including roles, permissions, and troubleshooting access issues.

• Spot opportunities for enhancing business processes and optimizing platform usage.

• Create and sustain relevant functional and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

• Proven experience in supporting Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, or enterprise-level projects.

• Capability to comprehend business needs and translate them into effective D365 solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Preferred experience in Dynamics 365 data migrations.

• Preferred experience in managing or configuring D365 security roles, permissions, and user access.

• Preferred experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.

• Preferred experience in complex enterprise environments.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.
