Project Manager / Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of fintech product projects

• Organize sprint planning, backlog refinement, release scheduling, and stakeholder communications

• Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Provide updates on project progress to leadership and external stakeholders

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a product-driven environment

• Proven experience in managing projects related to Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Financial systems

• Solid understanding of .NET Core RESTful API development

• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps Boards

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is preferred
