Project Manager, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive project delivery, encompassing planning, execution, and governance;

• Create and oversee the schedule, project plan, status updates, and risk management strategy;

• Manage Salesforce workstreams, including integrations, data handling, migration, testing, and deployment;

• Track dependencies with internal teams, Salesforce, and external vendors;

• Assist in governance practices, executive reporting, and change management;

• Aid in ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within intricate corporate settings;

• Familiarity with Salesforce or enterprise-level CRM initiatives;

• Background in Service Cloud, integrations, and data migration processes;

• Understanding of agile methodologies and hybrid governance frameworks;

• Knowledge in Process Management and Process Analysis;

• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships with stakeholders.
