This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and implement sponsorship and creative content initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals.

• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, including content sponsorship, branded content, and creative media campaigns.

• Oversee project schedules, campaign setups, promotional materials, and ongoing campaign management.

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, serving as the primary contact in meetings, calls, and written correspondence.

• Deliver status updates during regular meetings and through written communication.

• Provide reports on key account and campaign performance metrics.

• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the clients' goals, objectives, and expectations.

• Identify and implement strategies for program success, renewal, and growth while proactively addressing any challenges.

• Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, both internal and external.

• Collaborate with all internal teams (including Sales, post-sales, ad operations, editorial, product, client solutions, and creative teams) to ensure project success and completion.

• Confirm that budgets and statements of work are upheld, and resources are allocated based on project requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, business, or a related field) or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital/multi-media project or account management, ideally within a significant publisher, agency, or creative organization.

• Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Capability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with video, print, and digital media platforms.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
