This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the founders in identifying and developing new hospitals and points of contact.
• Coordinate and oversee product demonstrations, proposals, and tenders.
• Systematically track sales opportunities through to closure.
• Expand existing customer relationships and identify new potential.
• Conduct software implementations from kick-off to go-live.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with the team.
• Provide training and support for users in their daily activities.
• Ensure reliable management and follow-up of projects, tasks, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer support.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, sales, or B2B software implementation in hospitals.
• Knowledge of the structures and decision-making processes in German hospitals.
• Structured and reliable work approach, maintaining oversight even with multiple projects.
• Confident communication with medical, administrative, and technical contacts.
• Take responsibility, actively engage, and consistently drive topics to completion.
• Proficient in German.
• Ideally, experience with software implementations or customer projects in a hospital environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and modern SaaS tools.
• Previous experience working in a startup.
