Project Manager – Sage Intacct ERP Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete project delivery from initiation to Hypercare, managing projects with consulting hours ranging from 50 to 500+

• Ensure effective project governance including RAID logs, status updates, preparation for steering committee meetings, and escalation handling

• Manage commercial performance through budget oversight, margin protection, scope management, and formal change request processes

• Maintain consultant accountability via weekly delivery assessments, milestone monitoring, and proactive blocker resolution

• Drive customer success through executive stakeholder engagement, CSAT metrics, and exploration of expansion opportunities

• Govern UAT by planning tests, managing defects, overseeing sign-off procedures, and ensuring go-live readiness

• Forecast resources through consultant scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization monitoring

• Uphold delivery quality by ensuring compliance with methodology at every phase gate

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation project management

• Proven experience delivering projects using Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday Financials

• Experience in managing projects with budgets ranging from GBP/EUR 50,000 to 500,000

• Background in multi-workstream delivery

• Proficient in executive stakeholder management

• Commercial ownership experience, including budget oversight, scope management, and change management

• Proficient in project delivery tools (Smartsheet, Teamwork, or similar)

• Self-motivated: capable of managing your portfolio and escalating issues as necessary without waiting for direction

• Experience with Sage Intacct delivery (Preferred)

• Background in professional services or SaaS implementation environments (Preferred)

• Exposure to multi-entity finance systems (Preferred)

• Hold a PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification (Preferred)
