Project Manager – SaaS, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for intricate enterprise SaaS implementation projects

• Assist prominent brands from the initial onboarding phase to successful growth

• Acquire mastery over the Publitas product suite, its value proposition, and delivery methodologies

• Observe ongoing implementation projects and act as the main point of contact for enterprise accounts

• Facilitate scoping sessions, technical workshops, and planning timelines for onboarding enterprise clients

• Align client objectives with technical solutions

• Mitigate cross-functional delivery risks

• Oversee major enterprise implementation projects from initiation to launch

• Build high-trust relationships with essential client stakeholders

• Guide junior project managers and enhance delivery practices

• Proactively pinpoint delivery risks and manage technical trade-offs

• Evaluate technical requests prior to them reaching the engineering team

• Leverage generative AI to customize communications, automate documentation, summarize meeting notes, and expedite delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English, in spoken and written forms

• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation

• Demonstrated history of managing and delivering intricate, technical enterprise SaaS project lifecycles from onboarding to growth

• Experience preferably in the retail, publishing, or marketing technology sectors

• Familiar with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Asana, and Jira

• Strong understanding of HTML, design tools, analytics, APIs, and custom integrations

• Capability to define technical client requirements

• Proven experience working in an AI-first approach

• Regular daily use of generative AI tools to enhance quality, speed, and output

• Ability to lead workshops with enterprise C-level executives in German

• Capacity to collaborate with globally distributed teams in English
