Project Manager – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Systems Implementation: Develop and refine project management frameworks utilizing tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion to establish a unified "source of truth."

• Execution & Accountability: Foster team-wide responsibility to ensure timely completion of all deliverables by proactively addressing delays and eliminating obstacles.

• Sprint Management: Oversee daily and weekly sprint cycles, identifying potential technical or resource risks before they impact the schedule.

• Operational Oversight: Perform daily check-ins and supervise communication platforms (Slack) to guarantee that no tasks are stalled due to misunderstandings.

• Meeting Coordination: Participate in all essential technical meetings to capture action items, document decisions, and ensure thorough follow-through throughout the organization.

• Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of all major initiatives, providing leadership with clear insights into project status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working in early-stage tech environments, with comfort in navigating ambiguity and the fast-paced changes of a growing company.

• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and in-depth knowledge of project management software.

• An innate ability to lead, coordinate, and hold team members accountable without the need for micromanagement.

• A highly proactive mindset with the capacity to identify bottlenecks and adjust workflows autonomously.

• Available to work remotely with core hours overlapping GMT (10:00–14:00).

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with specific tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Outreach.

• A background in music technology or SaaS infrastructure.

• Prior experience in calendar management and executive project coordination.
