Project Manager – RTSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate protocols and incorporate necessary modules into the User Requirements Specification (URS).

• Execute advanced tasks such as developing, reviewing, coordinating, and overseeing a diverse range of deliverables (including but not limited to timelines, KOM, URS, Communication Manual, Requirements for Subject Randomizations, and Clinical Trial Material Lists for assigned projects, User Acceptance Testing, and system configuration).

• Ensure that established deadlines are achieved.

• Facilitate and resolve any challenges related to the delivery of RTMS systems.

• Offer technical guidance and support to fellow project managers, developers, validation teams, and customer support personnel.

• Responsible for providing Tier 3 on-call support (24/7/365).

• Pursue new knowledge and refine your skill set.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of Project Management experience in the Clinical Trial sector.

• Capacity to take initiative and work in a proactive manner.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while also being an effective team player.

• A methodical approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel (~5-10%).
