This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery in alignment with company standards.
• Assess construction documents, drawings, schedules, vendor proposals, permits, and project details for precision, completeness, and adherence to regulations.
• Oversee field operations, which include site inspections, safety compliance, quality assurance, new installations, and verification of operational standards.
• Formulate project scopes, budgets, schedules, and capital plans.
• Supervise change orders, maintenance costs, and asset replacement suggestions.
• Keep project documentation and tracking systems updated, produce weekly status reports, and address or escalate any cost, schedule, safety, and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders during project meetings, providing necessary technical support.
• Oversee vendor performance and maintenance tasks, including service requests, response-time adherence, major repair assessments, and analyses of repair versus replacement options.
• Execute site surveys, due diligence, and facility evaluations.
• Offer insights on capital projects, facility and equipment installations, and annual asset replacement strategies.
• Travel frequently and perform site visits to monitor project execution and operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited program related to construction or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a similar blend of education and experience.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Experience overseeing the complete project lifecycle, which includes preconstruction, development tasks, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
• At least three years of experience managing complex or multi-site projects.
• Expertise in Procore, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% within the Southeastern United States.
• Residing near a major airport is strongly preferred.
