This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee and guide project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
• Evaluate construction documentation, drawings, schedules, vendor proposals, permits, and project information for precision, completeness, and regulatory adherence.
• Supervise field operations, which include site inspections, safety compliance, quality assurance, new installations, and verification of operational standards.
• Create project scopes, budgets, schedules, and capital plans.
• Handle change orders, maintenance costs, and recommendations for asset replacements.
• Monitor project advancement through documentation, tracking systems, and weekly status updates.
• Proactively address or escalate issues related to costs, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders during project meetings, providing technical support as needed.
• Oversee vendor performance and maintenance tasks, which include service tickets, compliance with response times, repair assessments, and analyses of repairs versus replacements.
• Carry out site surveys, due diligence, and facility evaluations.
• Contribute insights on capital projects, installation of facilities and equipment, and annual plans for asset replacements.
• Travel frequently and conduct site visits to monitor project execution and operational effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program related to construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Experience in managing the entire project lifecycle, including preconstruction, development activities, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• At least three years of experience managing complex or multi-site projects.
• Proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% throughout the Southeastern region of the United States.
