Project Manager, R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective execution of research and development initiatives for an international team composed of diverse scientific disciplines.

• Develop project plans, monitor, and report on project resources, deliverables, and milestones.

• Oversee budgets, organize regular project team update meetings, and present quarterly progress reports to the leadership team.

• Play a key role in achieving Telix’s strategic objectives by offering project management expertise and coordination to research and development leadership, providing strategic insights, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring visibility on project advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, preferably with qualifications in pharmacology, biochemistry, or chemistry.

• Training or qualifications in project management or business administration.

• Over 5 years of experience in a project management position within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.

• Proven understanding and application of project management principles and tools.

• Solid comprehension of the drug development industry (including drug/device/technology) and the commercial contexts in which it functions.

• Established expertise in managing projects, overseeing timelines, tracking budgets, and coordinating both internal and external stakeholders.
