This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee every phase of the project life cycle for data collection, from initiation to completion, encompassing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
β’ Collaborate with the manager to review project documentation and highlight any issues that may jeopardize timing, budget, or gross margin.
β’ Work alongside Client Services to obtain revised quotes when necessary.
β’ Facilitate internal project kickoff meetings with Sales, Panel, and Programming to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules.
β’ Engage directly with clients to confirm materials and make adjustments to plans as required.
β’ Keep clients informed with regular status updates throughout the fielding process.
β’ Suggest panel strategies to the panel team to optimize sample size.
β’ Ensure timely completion of projects.
β’ Guarantee prompt issuance of panelist incentive payments.
β’ Provide Finance with necessary metrics for billing and invoicing purposes.
β’ Ensure compliance with ISO 20252/26362 standards, the Company's Quality Manual, relevant industry guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client-specific needs such as Adverse Event Reporting.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in market research project management, ideally in the healthcare sector.
β’ Proven expertise with Decipher or a similar platform.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail.
β’ Self-motivated individual with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
β’ Capability to perform well and adhere to deadlines under pressure.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
β’ Competence in managing multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment.
