Project Manager, Quantitative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee every phase of the project life cycle for data collection, from initiation to completion, encompassing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with the manager to review project documentation and highlight any issues that may jeopardize timing, budget, or gross margin.

• Work alongside Client Services to obtain revised quotes when necessary.

• Facilitate internal project kickoff meetings with Sales, Panel, and Programming to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules.

• Engage directly with clients to confirm materials and make adjustments to plans as required.

• Keep clients informed with regular status updates throughout the fielding process.

• Suggest panel strategies to the panel team to optimize sample size.

• Ensure timely completion of projects.

• Guarantee prompt issuance of panelist incentive payments.

• Provide Finance with necessary metrics for billing and invoicing purposes.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 20252/26362 standards, the Company's Quality Manual, relevant industry guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client-specific needs such as Adverse Event Reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in market research project management, ideally in the healthcare sector.

• Proven expertise with Decipher or a similar platform.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail.

• Self-motivated individual with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Capability to perform well and adhere to deadlines under pressure.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Competence in managing multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment.
