Project Manager, Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of projects spanning different domains

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for projects

• Ensure that projects align with business goals

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively

• Provide coaching to teams on Agile methodologies

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders

• Achieve successful outcomes in dynamic environments

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management

• Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once

• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Trello

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred

• Experience in IT or technology-related projects is preferred

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure projects is preferred

• Background in data management or analytics projects is preferred

• Willingness to travel within the United States

• Work authorization is required
