Project Manager – Program Management Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Centralized management and coordination of both internal and external strategic IT initiatives.

• Accountable for the initiation, planning, and oversight of complex IT projects.

• Acts as a key liaison among regional services, sales, development, and clients.

• Manages project budgets, timelines, success metrics, and ensures contract-compliant delivery.

• Provides regular management updates on strategic projects.

• Coordinates development requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Shapes and supports a growing team.

• Aids in the ongoing development of project management standards and facilitates a project-oriented knowledge management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.

• Fundamental understanding of contract law or experience in executing projects in compliance with contracts.

• Excellent skills in MS Office; project management certification is a plus.

• Proficient in both German and English, written and spoken.

• Experience in leading and managing project teams, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector.

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

• High orientation toward customer service and teamwork.

• Excellent communication skills and a self-directed, goal-oriented work approach.

• Flexibility and eagerness for continuous learning.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities paired with exceptional communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for project-related activities up to 30%.
