This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and various stakeholders to ensure successful implementations for Pigment customers, helping them appreciate the platform’s value and achieve robust adoption.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all contributors remain informed on progress and priorities while maintaining transparent internal reporting and addressing issues as they arise.
• Anticipate customer requests for project resources, proactively identify risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist Solutions Architects by fostering consistent project success through a collaborative, communicative, and process-oriented methodology.
• Proven experience in implementing SaaS platforms within enterprise organizations.
• Extensive background in project management, sales, or professional services within a software/SaaS company.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure timely completion of deliverables and projects.
• Capable of functioning as both a leader and a team player, supporting internal project team members in achieving their objectives with minimal disruption.
• Skilled at mediating between stakeholders with conflicting requirements and facilitating consensus to progress towards shared goals and outcomes.
• Ability to inspire commitment and enthusiasm within the project team, including both external and internal contributors.
• Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Exhibit a growth mindset and a constructive problem-solving approach.
• Proven success in building strong customer relationships, characterized by deep empathy and dedication.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations aimed at a senior audience.
• Proficient in explaining technical solutions, setting goals, developing opportunities, and providing reports/dashboards to identify trends and enhance the customer experience.
• A strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment.
• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing products and respond strategically to customer needs.
• Experience in achieving multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.
• BA/BS degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
