This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Oversee software implementation and upgrade initiatives from the start through to go-live and post-production stabilization.
• Manage the project's scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and client expectations.
• Act as the main customer-facing representative and reliable advisor.
• Conduct project status meetings, executive steering committees, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for consulting, technical support, conversion, reporting, training, testing, and assistance.
• Track project financial performance, forecasts, profitability, and modify orders.
• Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Promote proactive risk management, issue resolution, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to improve project delivery, productivity, reporting, forecasting, and client outcomes.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• Proven track record in managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Fully bilingual in English and French (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and project management software.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging modern AI technologies to enhance project delivery, reporting, documentation, communication, forecasting, or operational efficiency.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
• A current, valid passport and legal eligibility for international travel, including necessary visa eligibility or visas for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience in the utility industry.
• Familiarity with CIS, ERP, SaaS, Asset Management, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Background in developing automation, AI-driven workflows, delivery accelerators, or process enhancements.
