Project Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, pinpointing project deliverables and outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients from project inception to completion, which includes the planning, organizing, and management of resources to achieve successful project goals and objectives.

• Develop and oversee schedules to guarantee that projects are finalized within set deadlines.

• Assist in formulating project plans, covering project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate status and risk issues to stakeholders.

• Facilitate status meetings, maintain detailed lists of issues and risks, and prepare relevant project meeting minutes and status reports.

• Regularly meet with associated service providers to ensure integration issues are identified and resolved.

• Interact with all levels of business and technical management, as well as project teams, to aid in problem resolution and the reconciliation of competing priorities.

• Monitor team progress to ensure that project objectives are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing small to mid-sized technology projects focusing on client infrastructure onboarding.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities are essential. Candidates must be motivated, decisive, flexible, and possess sound business acumen.

• Capability to manage and navigate stressful situations professionally.

• Exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to lead meetings effectively.

• High proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure.

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Project or its equivalent.

• Ability to oversee multiple tactical and strategic project initiatives.

• Experience managing remote resources and projects.

• Skill in prioritizing project requests from business and technical teams.

• Ability to safeguard project scope and establish expectations with clients.

• Experience in an IT Service Provider environment is a plus.

• Relevant Project Management certification is advantageous.

• Must be willing to travel to NYC once a month.
