This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for SCCAF-related coordination among clients, contractors, and Olsson's engineering teams.
• Oversee SCCAF project timelines and synchronize study milestones with construction schedules.
• Coordinate the creation and submission of SCCAF reports, settings, labels, RFIs, and other deliverables.
• Track project advancement, recognize potential risks, and take proactive measures to address issues that may affect schedule or quality.
• Lead SCCAF coordination meetings, record action items, and ensure prompt follow-up from all involved parties.
• Assist in resolving technical and data-related issues, including equipment details, field discrepancies, and design modifications.
• Manage the SCCAF process from project initiation to final deliverables while ensuring accurate documentation and study records.
• Support overall project activities, which include coordinating invoicing, managing document control, tracking deliverables, and implementing quality assurance processes.
• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• An associate degree along with relevant experience may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing levels of responsibility.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, which can overlap with overall project experience.
• Familiarity with engineering and design processes, contracts, project financials, and operational aspects.
• Proven ability to manage projects and achieve results that align with client expectations.
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
