Senior Data Scientist – GenAI, NLP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and create enterprise-level Generative AI applications utilizing cutting-edge Large Language Models.

• Architect and implement scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for effective enterprise knowledge retrieval.

• Develop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, document intelligence solutions, and autonomous AI agents.

• Construct domain-specific NLP solutions for tasks such as document processing, search, summarization, classification, information extraction, and question answering.

• Collaborate extensively with both open-source and commercial LLMs, including GPT, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and similar foundational models.

• Choose suitable model architectures tailored to enterprise use cases.

• Engage with the latest advancements in data science to address business challenges.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to convert business challenges into high-level analytics solution designs.

• Present analytic solutions to business audiences, emphasizing the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Data Science.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing enterprise Generative AI applications.

• Proven expertise in delivering production-ready AI systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

• Familiarity with task automation or AI/ML-driven solution design is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
