📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate Esko's global Marketing Operations, Automation, and Analytics team while advancing the overarching Marketing Operations strategy.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to enhance business performance through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and the adoption of best practices.

• Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence, converting data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Propel marketing attribution, funnel performance, lead management, and ROI measurement to facilitate pipeline growth and revenue generation.

• Direct the advancement and optimization of Esko's global marketing technology ecosystem, encompassing key integrations and transformative initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment across systems, with Salesforce serving as the definitive source of truth for marketing and sales performance.

• Accelerate Esko's AI-driven marketing transformation by deploying innovative solutions that enhance automation, personalization, forecasting, reporting, and overall business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology.

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.

• Strong expertise in marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and funnel management.

• Experience in managing complex MarTech ecosystems and technology integrations.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and marketing data architecture.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data visualization capabilities.

• Ability to translate intricate data into straightforward business recommendations.

• Experience in driving large-scale transformations and AI-enabled initiatives in a global setting.
