Project Manager – Power Conversion and Storage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead significant energy initiatives valued between $10M and $200M, including utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.

• Act as the customer's advocate — fostering trust through effective communication, proactive resolution of issues, and reliable delivery on expectations.

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle — from final agreement through to closeout, encompassing reporting, receivables management, and negotiations on change orders and claims.

• Enhance business performance in areas such as safety, quality, scheduling, costs, margins, cash flow, and risk management.

• Facilitate internal collaboration — aligning cross-functional teams and business units within GE Vernova to ensure smooth product delivery and commissioning.

• Communicate effectively — keeping both internal and external stakeholders updated on project objectives, risks, opportunities, and strategies.

• Promote a culture of excellence — nurturing an inclusive and engaged team environment that consistently achieves top-tier project management results.

• Safeguard and enhance GE Vernova's reputation in the industry through professional and ethical project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in an Engineering discipline).

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or customer management (experience in GE or the energy sector is advantageous).

• This position is eligible for remote work in the U.S. with up to 30% travel required.

• Proficient in English communication skills — both written and verbal, including technical and commercial aspects.

• Proven track record in leading and motivating multicultural, cross-functional teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence individuals at all organizational levels.
