This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the website strategy and roadmap, ensuring that Cresta.com evolves in line with the growth of the business and marketing teams.
β’ Lead the website conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy by designing and implementing a continuous testing and experimentation program aimed at enhancing conversion rates across critical pages and user journeys, transforming more visitors into MQLs and contributing to the sales pipeline.
β’ Manage the web intake process and prioritization, handling over 5 new requests weekly from various stakeholders while maintaining a clear and transparent backlog and delivery plan.
β’ Coordinate project management for internal stakeholders and external partners, collaborating closely with our web agency to define scope, prioritize tasks, ensure quality assurance, and deliver high-quality results.
β’ Supervise Webflow CMS operations, which includes page construction, updates, quality assurance, publishing workflows, and adherence to governance standards.
β’ Enhance website quality through improvements in messaging clarity, information architecture, template consistency, and overall user experience.
β’ Drive website localization initiatives by partnering with the International Marketing Manager to define requirements, manage implementation, and create scalable workflows for multi-language site expansion.
β’ Develop website performance reporting and insights in collaboration with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems.
β’ Actively seek out and assess new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance site performance, management, and competitive positioning.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles within B2B SaaS.
β’ Proven experience managing a marketing website from start to finish, including roadmap development, prioritization, and execution across multiple functions.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, covering page builds, updates, quality assurance, and publishing workflows.
β’ Experience in closely collaborating with and managing external web or design agencies.
β’ Proficiency in GA4 and Looker or similar business intelligence tools; practical experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
β’ Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling a high volume of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various functions.
