This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO operating framework, including the intake process, naming conventions, hypothesis documentation, prioritization metrics, brief templates, QA checklists, and retrospective evaluations.
• Sustain a prioritized and dynamically active testing backlog that remains consistently filled, relevant, and understandable without necessitating meetings.
• Manage the entire test lifecycle from start to finish: ideation, briefing, design, development, QA, launch, analysis, rollout, and documentation.
• Create clear, actionable briefs that empower Design and Development teams to work effectively with minimal back-and-forth communication.
• Convert every successful test into a scalable implementation and document the insights in the Growth playbook.
• Establish a closed-loop integration with paid media and creative, ensuring that signals from advertising inform test hypotheses and that test outcomes continuously influence creative strategy.
• Take responsibility for CVR across all paid media landing pages, funnels, and checkout processes, measured at both the audience and channel levels.
• Enhance the new customer conversion rate and NC-ROAS through targeted, high-velocity experimentation.
• Minimize funnel drop-off at every crucial stage: landing page, PDP, checkout, and confirmation.
• Set and monitor weekly and monthly CVR benchmarks by channel and audience segment.
• Assess every test based on revenue per visitor and contribution margin, rather than conversion rate alone.
• Monitor and report the FOCM impact of all significant experiments with clear accountability.
• Design, test, and refine offer structures, pricing presentations, PPU sequencing, bump mechanics, and subscription framing.
• Collaborate with Paid Media to create channel-specific and audience-tailored landing experiences across Men's Head, Men's Body, Women's, Meta, TikTok, prospecting, and retargeting.
• Implement a structured reporting routine: weekly test pipeline updates, monthly CRO performance assessments, and quarterly roadmap planning.
• Transform CRO insights into creative briefs, offer suggestions, and UX guidance for Design and Performance Creative.
• Challenge the allure of shiny object syndrome with data-driven insights.
• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on CRO experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or performance marketing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a CRO program from the ground up, rather than merely taking over an existing one.
• Proficiency in A/B testing platforms such as Intelligems, VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete acquisition funnel: advertisements, landing pages, offers, and checkout as an interconnected system.
• Strong knowledge of offer architecture, including PPU sequencing, subscription framing, bump mechanics, and AOV drivers.
• Data literacy: understanding statistical significance, designing clean tests, and interpreting results independently of Analytics.
• Ability to produce concise, actionable briefs that enable Design and Development teams to proceed without micromanagement.
• Located in or capable of working within the full overlap of US Eastern or Central time zone hours.
