This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of our inaugural Project Manager & PMO (m/f/d), you will be responsible for designing and implementing PMO structures for our consulting projects from the ground up.
• You will serve as the organizational backbone of our project teams, ensuring that all threads, timelines, and processes operate seamlessly behind the scenes.
• You will assist project leadership in the operational execution of our mandates, alleviating their workload in daily operations.
• You will coordinate meetings, workshops, and appointments with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
• You will maintain our project documentation and knowledge-management systems, keep action-item lists updated, and ensure that all stakeholders have a clear overview at all times.
• You will collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff, providing operational support to advance and implement internal strategic initiatives.
• You will plan, create, and coordinate content for our digital channels, particularly LinkedIn, along with other initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a startup mentality: Whether through a university degree, commercial training, or relevant professional experience, your proven track record is what counts.
• You possess several years of experience in project management, project assistance, or operations within an agency, startup, or a fast-paced consulting environment.
• You have a structured approach and a keen eye for detail, enjoying the challenge of bringing order to complex processes.
• You work with diligence, proactivity, and reliability; you are more than just an administrative type and are eager to engage deeply with the subject matter.
• You have strong communication skills and writing talent, allowing you to articulate clearly and create engaging social media content.
• Your German is completely error-free and stylistically strong (C2 level required), and you are business fluent in English.
• You are digitally savvy and adept at using modern cloud-based tools (e.g., Notion, Asana) as part of your everyday workflow.
• You have a genuine eagerness to explore new AI tools and automations and to apply them effectively.
