This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide leadership in strategic project management for large and intricate projects.
• Oversee medium-to-large engineering projects from inception to completion for Plant SCADA.
• Accountable for managing all facets of project execution, including scope, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, and quality within Plant SCADA.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings, including progress evaluations and problem-solving discussions.
• Create and implement project plans, encompassing risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations.
• Ensure resource availability or proactively seek adequate resources to support the project.
• Skilled in analyzing issues, identifying alternative solutions, comprehending the consequences of proposed actions, and executing recommendations to support project scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, consistently updating them on project status and addressing any concerns, issues, or risks.
• Lead a collaborative project team to ensure that each key functional project discipline aligns with the planned project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Establish and nurture effective working relationships with all stakeholders encountered during the course of work.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to meet or surpass customer expectations while representing Ulteig in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that project timelines are adhered to and milestones are achieved.
• Track project progress and implement corrective measures to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to avoid overspending.
• Oversee and control project costs.
• Comply with Ulteig governance policies and procedures to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper management of technical project aspects.
• Promote the sharing and effective implementation of best practices across projects and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of direct project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an engineering setting.
• Advanced technical engineering expertise, with the capacity to understand and address complex engineering challenges.
• Preferred advanced technical engineering knowledge in Process Controls, SCADA/PLC, RTU, IT/OT, or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP, PE, or equivalent higher certification is preferred.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work), with intermediate knowledge and experience in scheduling and cost planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) is preferred.
• Must possess permanent work authorization for the US.
