Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local permitting regulations across different markets, with an emphasis on simplifying complex procedures.

• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients in navigating complicated approval processes to achieve timely and efficient results.

• Establish and sustain strong partnerships with municipal personnel, collaborating to expedite approval timelines.

• Manage multiple permitting projects concurrently, ensuring that critical milestones are achieved and projects progress smoothly towards completion.

• Proactively identify and address potential permitting challenges to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to continually enhance Pulley’s platform and improve the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Washington.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.

• Proven experience in various permitting processes.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting procedures.

• Exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for fostering strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.

• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
