Enterprise Project Manager – Task Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct technology projects that support the IRS's desktop, endpoint, and user support environments.

• Strategize, organize, execute, and deliver IT initiatives while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and organizational objectives.

• Act as the main liaison between the government and contractor.

• Supervise contract execution, personnel, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

• Facilitate project meetings and monitor project risks, issues, and actionable items.

• Generate management reports, project management documents, stakeholder presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.

• Guarantee a seamless transition throughout implementation, operational phases, transition-in, steady-state operations, and transition-out.

• Offer ongoing project management support for User Support programs and initiatives.

• Oversee scope, timeline, and budget; collect requirements and use cases.

• Maintain work breakdown structures and project timelines.

• Ensure alignment with the Tech Ops PPPM initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States permanently without the need for sponsorship.

• At least 7 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or endpoint management projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Intune, Windows 11, or Microsoft 365 within large-scale environments.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, risks, deployments, and operational transitions.

• Possession of PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, PMI-ACP, or other equivalent industry-recognized project management certifications.

• Must complete a High-Risk Background Investigation.

• Must pass a 7-panel drug screening.
