📋 Description

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of local permitting regulations across diverse markets

• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients through complex approval procedures

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with municipal personnel

• Manage multiple permitting projects concurrently

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Pulley’s platform continuously

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting

• Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficient in utilizing relevant software applications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline
