This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope, plan projects, forecast resources, manage budgets, and oversee timelines.
• Coordinating with various internal stakeholders and business leaders regarding delivery schedules, quarterly objectives, and prioritization of simultaneous initiatives.
• Serving as the primary point of reference for all payments and risk-related projects, guaranteeing effective communication and consistent updates across teams.
• Overseeing epics, labels, and delivery tracking to ensure visibility and alignment among engineering and product departments.
• Organizing testing milestones and ensuring team alignment before product releases.
• Promoting communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborating with clients on setup, configuration, MVP scoping, and onboarding requirements, including credential requests.
• Liaising with third-party vendors and external clients regarding integrations, configuration, credential management, and certification processes.
• Working closely with Account Managers on new client inquiries, ensuring clear delivery timelines and execution strategies.
• Leading and supporting significant rollout initiatives.
• Identifying and managing risks and dependencies across projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Planning governance, quality assurance processes, and supporting tools.
• Developing and maintaining clear, organized project documentation.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the iGaming or online payments industry.
• Proven experience delivering payments, risk, or regulatory projects within the iGaming sector.
• Experience with PSPs, fraud detection tools, and KYC/AML systems.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and providers) simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of connecting technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment integrations, and payment processing workflows.
• Solid grasp of change, risk, and quality management principles.
