This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become part of a prominent European fintech that supports banks, fintechs, and embedded finance companies in launching and scaling innovative payment products.

• Engage at the core of the card issuing ecosystem as a member of a licensed issuer processor and BIN Sponsor.

• Take ownership of customer implementations from the moment contracts are signed until the successful program launch.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, orchestrating internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Lead intricate onboarding projects that encompass technology, operations, compliance, and customer delivery.

• Be instrumental in creating the initial experience customers have with Enfuce, ensuring they achieve a successful go-live.

• Work in close collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to introduce new payment programs to the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in managing complex projects within the payments industry and have a solid understanding of the realities involved in launching and operating card programs.

• You may currently be employed by an issuer processor, BIN Sponsor, program manager, card bureau, scheme, bank, or fintech within the card payments ecosystem.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-facing projects within payments, card issuing, or embedded finance settings.

• A strong grasp of the card issuing ecosystem and the interactions among various stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to lead discussions with customers and senior stakeholders.

• Capacity to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.

• A structured and organized approach to project delivery, coupled with the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift.

• A collaborative mindset and the capability to unite people around a shared goal.

• A level of technical curiosity that enables you to engage confidently in discussions about APIs, integrations, and payment solutions, without being a software engineer.
