Project Manager – Payment, Dental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status updates.

• Facilitate team meetings, drive decision-making, resolve issues, and follow up with stakeholders.

• Coordinate the scope, schedule, resources, communications, and readiness for delivery.

• Promptly escalate risks and trade-offs as necessary.

• Ensure that project artifacts, governance requirements, and documentation are thoroughly completed.

• Take ownership of one project's scope, timeline, and execution discipline.

• Responsibly leverage AI to enhance productivity.

• Share best practices with project managers, product owners, and business analysts as appropriate.

• Actively manage risks and issues, escalating them in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is necessary.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, and timeline management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Preferred experience in healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation.

• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or other PM tools.

• Strong skills in project planning.

• Expertise in schedule management.

• Competency in issue resolution.

• Skills in meeting facilitation.

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Strong execution discipline.

• Keen attention to detail.
