• Establish the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Oversee progress, address risks, and ensure timely project completion.

• Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are in line with business objectives and quality standards.
