This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Serve as the main liaison for asset approvals, overseeing the exchange of creative files, copy, and feedback among internal teams and clients through platforms such as Slack, email, and others.
• Monitor and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows, ensuring the distinct requirements of each account are adhered to consistently.
• Record clear action items and subsequent steps post-meetings and follow up to ensure they are completed.
• Keep an eye on project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns remain on track and within schedule.
• Assist Account Managers and Creative Strategists by alleviating obstacles and ensuring timely task completion.
• Proactively tackle delays by engaging in open discussions with internal team members when tasks begin to lag, helping to identify solutions and realign projects.
• Maintain structured records of assets, feedback, and campaign approvals.
• Arrange and coordinate calls between internal team members and clients.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow through.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Frame) is advantageous.
• Must be able to work full-time in the EST time zone.
