Project Manager, OSP Construction – Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of projects by utilizing project management tools, processes, and methodologies to guarantee timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project delivery.

• Develop both long-term and short-term plans, which include establishing targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

• Exhibit consistent ownership and accountability for project delivery.

• Must possess the capability to provide updates on all ongoing projects at any moment.

• Keep detailed project documentation and furnish regular streamlined reports to leadership.

• Organize and facilitate regular meetings to ensure effective communication, alignment of initiatives, information sharing, and implementation of best practices.

• Ensure all team members receive the necessary information and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.

• Continuously conduct risk assessments and address issues as they emerge or promptly engage others to mitigate potential adverse impacts on project timing and quality.

• Promote processes and automation to support LEAN methodologies in problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least five (5) years of experience in Telecommunications or equivalent project management experience.

• Experience in managing large-scale projects.

• Proven track record of meeting project commitment deadlines.

• Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures, including underground, direct buried, aerial, and building applications.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

• Knowledge of LEAN concepts.
