This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at launching new projects, enhancing processes, managing change, and improving customer experience.
• Identify potential obstacles, prioritize projects effectively based on business requirements, and manage technical limitations to ensure successful project execution and quality results.
• Assume complete responsibility for projects from the initial proposal through to execution, ensuring high standards and that they deliver the intended business outcomes.
• Establish and nurture strong connections across various internal and external teams to drive project success.
• Engage in ad hoc, data-driven projects, utilizing robust analytical skills and numerical proficiency to guide decision-making.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or the fintech sector.
• Experience in card issuance is advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading projects, influencing stakeholders, analytical reasoning, and executing complex initiatives.
• A sharp focus on pinpointing areas for process improvement.
• Established capability to recognize unresolved issues or ambiguous situations and proactively engage relevant parties for clarification.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, showcasing strong analytical reasoning.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships within an organization to facilitate project success.
• Background in the Payments industry and/or a financial institution.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
