Project Manager – Ops, Sampling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conducting sampling of online surveys utilizing various sampling platforms available to Savanta.

• This position will involve setting up sample links, managing quotas throughout the fieldwork duration, and ensuring timely project reconciliations.

• Collaborating effectively to deliver projects that fulfill client requirements within specified deadlines.

• Complying with the 'Right First Time' policy for quality assurance and precision; constantly aiming for excellence and best practices.

• Managing several projects concurrently, guaranteeing that all deadlines are achieved and quality standards are maintained.

• Independently handling projects as necessary while also contributing as a valuable team member.

• Providing assistance to colleagues when workloads demand and embodying Savanta's brand values.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sampling using an internal sample platform, or experience with sampling via an exchange platform.

• Familiarity with quota management, fieldwork oversight including client communication, and resolving issues related to re-directs and IDs, along with re-contact setups.

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects for timely completion.

• Proficient English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with the confidence to engage with individuals at various levels across different global locations (clients and colleagues, junior and senior, technical and non-technical).

• Outstanding attention to detail coupled with an analytical problem-solving approach.

• Willingness to work during US EST/CST/PST hours and weekends when necessary.
