Project Manager – Operations, Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Transform briefs into well-defined delivery strategies and timelines

• Oversee the entire production pipeline within ClickUp, which includes managing briefs, timelines, dependencies, and approvals

• Ensure that creative, scripting, casting, production, and post-production teams remain synchronized on deadlines and deliverables

• Guarantee that projects adhere to schedules and remain within scope, addressing any bottlenecks as necessary

• Keep records of agendas, call notes, summaries, client approvals, and asset delivery checklists

• Provide clients with organized operational updates regarding shoot timelines, estimated delivery dates, and asset approvals

• Manage client feedback and revision cycles while safeguarding project scope and aligning expectations

• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify operational challenges, timeline adjustments, and capacity limitations

• Recognize delivery risks, workflow efficiencies, and opportunities for expansion within the Account Manager team

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or Creative Operations at a digital agency, performance creative shop, or remote production team

• Extensive expertise in ClickUp or comparable agency management platforms, including views, custom fields, dependencies, and task workflow tracking

• Strong understanding of social ad production phases, such as briefing, creator casting, video editing, and revisions

• Awareness of digital video formats suitable for Meta and TikTok

• Type-A organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, deadlines, and proactive communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English
