Project Manager, Operations and Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with various projects, ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress, risks, and significant milestones.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics regarding operational performance and trends.

• Provide support for Salesforce and other business systems, including updates, troubleshooting, and user assistance.

• Aid in the implementation and testing of a new CRM platform for managing tickets, chats, and calls.

• Organize testing in secure environments, confirming functionality and security standards.

• Manage and facilitate integrations between different business systems and tools.

• Deliver real-time support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation tools and bots.

• Document workflows and train team members on best practices for systems and automation.

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work history.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.

• Capability to lead in a matrix organization and remotely (virtually).

• Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in presenting complex information to various organizational levels.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Proven ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Background in a consulting environment.

• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

• PMP certification, equivalent, or progress toward PMP certification or equivalent.

• Some experience in tax or finance.
