This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of project execution and delivery milestones for one or more onsite or field data collection initiatives.
β’ Convert the program strategy defined by the Program Manager into practical, daily project plans.
β’ Manage the entire project lifecycle β from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery β in accordance with client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints.
β’ Identify and address risks related to staffing and logistics, escalating any program-level risks or decisions to the Program Manager as necessary.
β’ Transform abstract or evolving client requirements into clear, actionable workflows on-site.
β’ Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients regarding the project.
β’ Lead client meetings and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), providing data analysis, performance insights, and updates for stakeholders.
β’ Communicate project progress, risks, and incorporate client feedback in real time.
β’ Maintain healthy day-to-day client relationships, flagging satisfaction, risk, or growth signals to the Program Manager.
β’ Monitor and report on project financials to the Program Manager, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasting.
β’ Oversee landlord contracting and payment coordination for onsite facilities.
β’ Develop and maintain clear documentation, including project plans, process maps, SOPs, and meeting notes.
β’ Lead Project Coordinators and Schedulers, assigning tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
β’ Collaborate with Sourcing/Talent Acquisition to secure suitable talent across staffing models, including full-time, part-time, and crowd-based collectors.
β’ Foster consistency and performance among distributed project teams, including crowd-based contributors when applicable.
β’ Monitor the health of onsite projects through moderator check-ins and real-time oversight.
β’ Provide immediate feedback based on client needs and escalate any quality or equipment issues swiftly.
β’ Ensure that site readiness, safety, and compliance standards are upheld at all data collection sites.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
β’ Over 3 years of project management experience in onsite or field operations, data collection, or within a technical/global services environment.
β’ Preferred experience in managing crowd-based or community operations.
β’ Familiarity with robotics or data collection programs is a plus.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of data dashboards is preferred.
β’ Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification is a significant advantage.
β’ Strong operational leadership skills in complex, rapidly scaling environments.
β’ Excellent client communication and expectation management capabilities.
β’ Ability to balance execution with financial and timeline constraints.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing daily structure.
β’ Strong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and a sense of autonomy.
β’ Proposes best practices, tools, and process enhancements to improve delivery.
