Project Manager – MSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of projects

• Oversee project planning, execution, and implementation for multiple simultaneous projects

• Outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and objectives

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and workflows

• Collaborate with internal teams, technical resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion

• Track project progress, risks, budgets, and deliverables while proactively addressing issues

• Organize project meetings and provide regular updates to both internal teams and clients

• Generate project reports, track spending, forecast, and document throughout the project lifecycle

• Support change management initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions between project phases

• Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure timely project delivery that meets scope and aligns with client expectations

• Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in project management within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

• Prior experience in the MSP or IT industry is strongly preferred

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile

• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for managing multiple projects at once

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation

• Ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficient in effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in contributing to or managing the Scope of Work (SOW) documentation

• Capable of working independently while paying close attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
