Project Manager – Modern Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the expectations of various project stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and customer representatives.

• Assist in the planning and execution of IT solution delivery projects.

• Work closely with delivery and sales teams to enhance customer value and support Presidio’s business goals.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules utilizing established project management tools.

• Identify, monitor, and aid in resolving project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary.

• Organize project-related meetings such as status calls, Scrum ceremonies, and working sessions.

• Monitor project progress against milestones, timelines, and budgets.

• Keep project documentation and status reports accurate and up-to-date.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

• Support cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure effective communication and execution.

• Assist in crafting project plans, encompassing tasks, timelines, risks, and issues.

• Aid in ensuring projects meet customer expectations and adhere to Presidio delivery standards.

• Promote a customer-first mindset by fostering clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, coordination, or similar roles.

• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

• Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
